Change your PIN

There could be times that you want to change your PIN to make it more secure. Follow the steps below to change your PIN. 

  • Desktop & Tablet
  • Mobile
  1. Click Matter on the core navigation bar at the top left of the screen.
  2. Click on the gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. In the Settings section, click Account & Privacy.
  4. In the PIN/OTP section, click Change PIN.
  5. Input your new PIN.
  6. Input your new PIN again to confirm.
  1. Tap Link on the core navigation bar at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Tap on the gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. Tap Account & Privacy.
  4. In the PIN/OTP section, tap Change PIN.
  5. Input your new PIN.
  6. Input your new PIN again to confirm.
