Role
atwork's administrative controls include role-based automation to help sort and disseminate announcements, chats, files, and posts. Link team members to their departments and each other to share information with ease.
Workspace
Manage independent environments or various organizations within one account with Workspaces. Enterprise groups can communicate across multiple subsidiaries or related companies from one app
Start and End Dates
Set Start Dates for new hires and those promoted to a new Role. atwork will automatically grant those individuals access to files, groups, and posting privileges based on the specified timeframe. Setting End Dates ahead of time revokes access once a duty is complete or employment ends.
Admin Privileges
There are different admin levels within atwork. Team admins manage user accounts and can add new teammates to a group. Account admins manage employee accounts, company settings, subscription levels, and payment methods. Workspace Executives can post announcements to all departments and companies.
