Add reserved users

@Work Business Plan with the yearly billing option comes with reserved user features. You can add more reserved users to your subscription plan in a few simple steps. If you are on the Business Plan with the monthly billing option, you need to switch to the yearly billing option before you can add your reserved users.

  1. Click Matter on the core navigation bar at the top left of the screen.
  2. Click on the gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. In the Admin Panel section, click Account Management.
  4. You will be redirected to @Work account management page on your browser. 
  5. On the Overview page, click Manage Reserved Users.
  6. Choose the number of reserved users that you want to add to your plan.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Review your plan including the billing option, the payment method, terms and conditions and the total amount of payment.
  9. Click Subscribe.
  1. Tap Matter on the core navigation bar at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. In the Admin Panel section on the top, tap Account Management.
  3. You will be redirected to @Work account management page on your browser. 
  4. On the Overview page, tap Manage Reserved Users.
  5. Choose the number of reserved users that you want to add to your plan.
  6. Tap Next.
  7. Review your plan including the billing option, the payment method, terms and conditions and the total amount of payment.
  8. Tap Subscribe.
