You can monitor the current storage consumption of each user to manage and allocate sufficient storage space for your users by following the simple steps below.

Click Matter on the core navigation bar at the top left of the screen.
Click on the gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen.
In the Admin Panel section, click Account Management.
You will be redirected to @Work account management page on your browser.
Click Manage Quota.
In the Show users by criteria section, fill out the search filters of your choice and click the Show button.
A list of users with their current storage quota and current storage consumption information will be shown.
Tap Matter on the core navigation bar at the bottom left of the screen.
In the Admin Panel section on the top, tap Account Management.
You will be redirected to @Work account management page on your browser.
Tap Manage Quota.
In the Show users by criteria section, fill out the search filters of your choice and tap the Show button.
A list of users with their current storage quota and current storage consumption information will be shown.
