Check user joining status

Administrators and power users can check user joining status to identify user joining state and provide essential support.

  1. Click Matter on the core navigation bar at the top left of the screen.
  2. Click on the gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. In the Admin Panel section, click User.
  4. View the row of the users that you want to check their joining status. You will see a badge on the rows that require your attention. Types of badges are as follows:
    1. INACTIVE - the user status is set as inactive and will not be able to use their @Work account on your @Work company account.
    2. PENDING - the user has received an invitation email but hasn’t clicked the invitation link to join your  @Work company account.
  5. The rows without any badges indicate that the users of the rows have joined the @Work company account and are still in active status.
  1. Tap Matter on the core navigation bar at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. In the Admin Panel section on the top, tap User.
  3. View the row of the users that you want to check their joining status. You will see a badge on the rows that require your attention. Types of badges are as follows:
    1. INACTIVE - the user status is set as inactive and will not be able to use their @Work account on your @Work company account.
    2. PENDING - the user has received an invitation email but hasn’t clicked the invitation link to join your  @Work company account.
  4. The rows without any badges indicate that the users of the rows have joined the @Work company account and are still in active status.
