Administrators and power users can assign other users to become power users. Power users have most of the permissions that the administrators have except the permission to assign someone to be an administrator.

Click Matter on the core navigation bar at the top left of the screen.
Click on the gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen.
In the Admin Panel section, click User.
Click on the user that you want to assign as a power user.
Click the Advanced tab.
At the bottom section, check the Assign as power user checkbox.
Click Save.
Tap Matter on the core navigation bar at the bottom left of the screen.
In the Admin Panel section on the top, tap User.
Tap on the user that you want to assign as a power user.
Tap the Advanced tab.
At the bottom section, check the Assign as power user checkbox.
