Generate and send new PINs to users

Administrators and power users can generate and send new PINs to users if the users have lost the PIN or the PIN has expired.

  1. Click Matter on the core navigation bar at the top left of the screen.
  2. Click on the gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. In the Admin Panel section, click User.
  4. Click on the user that you want to reset their PIN.
  5. In the Actions section at the bottom, click Reset PIN.
  6. Click Confirm.
  7. The new PIN is generated and sent to the user’s email address.

  3. Tap on the user that you want to reset their PIN.
  4. In the Actions section at the bottom, tap Reset PIN.
  5. Tap Confirm.
  6. The new PIN is generated and sent to the user’s email address.
