Workspace options offer additional permissions to the users of the selected workspaces to perform certain actions in the workspaces. There are 4 workspace options for you to choose for your users.
This is the most common setting. Members of a workspace can use most of @Work features but they cannot make announcements on Matter.
Admin of a workspace have the access to all the features Members have, and they can make announcements on Matter. The announcements made by Admins will have their comment option enabled by default. Announcements made by Admins with Public scope will be visible to all of the Admin’s friends in the system.
Executives of a workspace have the access to all the features Members have, and they can make announcements on Matter. The announcements made by Executives will have their comment option disabled by default. Announcements made by Executives with Public scope will be visible to all users in the system.
Users with the Staff workspace option assigned cannot make any post on Matter and Feed. They can contact and chat with administrators and power users only.
