Set default storage quota

All users have their storage quota to limit the amount of space they are taking up individually in the company data storage. You can set the default storage quota for all users and future users by following the steps below.

  1. Click Matter on the core navigation bar at the top left of the screen.
  2. Click on the gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. In the Admin Panel section, click Account Management.
  4. You will be redirected to @Work account management page on your browser. 
  5. Click Manage Quota.
  6. Click the Adjust Quota button.
  7. Enter the new default quota.
  8. Click Save.
  1. Tap Matter on the core navigation bar at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. In the Admin Panel section on the top, tap Account Management.
  3. You will be redirected to @Work account management page on your browser. 
  4. Tap Manage Quota.
  5. Tap the Adjust Quota button.
  6. Enter the new default quota.
  7. Tap Save.
