Add new friends

Before you can start chatting with your team members, you need to add the team members to your contact list. To add a new friend to your contract list, follow the steps below.

  1. Click the Chat icon on the core navigation bar.
  2. Click the People with plus sign icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Click Add new friend.
  4. There are three search options. You can use the search option that you see fit and Click Search to get your search result.
  5. When you find the friend you are searching for, Click Add.
  6. That’s it! You will be brought to a chat room that you can use to chat with your new friend. You can start sending text messages and other kinds of messages to your new friend.
