Create a live event

You can broadcast your information or activities to your target audience by using the @work Live Event feature. Live Event stores spectator information and automatically saves all of the information related to the live event for your future review.

  1. Click Link on the core navigation bar and click Meeting@work in @work Services section.
  2. Click the Live Events tab, click on the blue circle with + icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Type in your live event topic.
  4. Set your live event date and time.
  5. Set your live event agenda (optional)
  6. Specify the live event duration (optional)
  7. Choose a live event server location.
  8. Upload live event cover photo to attract spectators to join your live event (optional)
  9. Click Save.
  1. Tap Link on the core navigation bar and click Meeting@work in @work Services section.
  2. Tap the Live Events tab, tap on the blue circle with + icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Type in your live event topic.
  4. Set your live event date and time.
  5. Set your live event agenda (optional)
  6. Specify the live event duration (optional)
  7. Choose a live event server location.
  8. Upload live event cover photo to attract spectators to join your live event (optional)
  9. Tap Save.
