Create a new survey

Surveys can be created and distributed to your target audience precisely through the @work survey feature. To create a new survey, follow the simple steps below.

  • Desktop & Tablet

  • Tab Title
  1. Click Link on the core navigation bar and click Survey in the @work Services section.
  2. Click the sign at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Click New survey.
  4. Enter your survey title and description.
  5. Select survey reusability and participant privacy options.
  6. Click Design.
  7. Upload your survey cover image (optional).
  8. Enter your survey completion message (optional).
  9. Click Next.
  10. Add your survey questions. Your survey questions can be OptionRangeTextDateUpload and Grid questions.
  11. Click Save to save your survey.
  12. When you have finished and saved your survey, click Quit.
  1. Tap Link on the core navigation bar and tap Survey in the @work Services section.

  3. Tap New survey.
  4. Enter your survey title and description.
  5. Select survey reusability and participant privacy options.
  6. Tap Design.
  7. Upload your survey cover image (optional).
  8. Enter your survey completion message (optional).
  9. Tap Next.
  10. Add your survey questions. The survey questions can be OptionRangeTextDateUpload or Grid questions.
  11. Tap Save to save your survey.
  12. When you have finished and saved your survey, tap Quit.
