Create open-courses

Courses can be set as open-courses to let anyone who is interested in the courses to take and learn the courses by their own discretion.

  1. Click Link on the core navigation bar and click Learn Admin in the @Work Services section.
  2. Click the Course tab.
  3. Click the Create Course button.
  4. Enter all mandatory fields for the course including,
    1. Title - the title of the course
    2. Category - the category of the course
    3. Content File - the course content
    4. Content Title - the course content title
    5. Start Date - the start date of the course
  5. You may provide additional information in the optional fields including,
    1. Description - additional information about the course
    2. Tag - course tags for searching
    3. Learner must review this course before completion - Enforce learners to complete the course review before finishing the course
    4. Pretest - add a pretest to the course
    5. Posttest - add a posttest to the course
    6. Questionnaire - add a course questionnaire to the course
    7. End Date - set course end date
    8. Status - set course status (draft or published)
  6. Check Open Course to make this course an open course and allow anyone to learn this course by their own discretion.
  7. Click Create.
