Save files from Feed to File

You can save media files from Feed to File. Any media files that are saved from Feed will be shown in the From Feed tab.

Click Feed on the core navigation bar, and select the media file that you want to save.
Click the … symbol of the post that you want to save the media file and click Save to File.
The selected media file will be saved to File and accessible from the From Feed tab.

ore navigation bar and tap File in @work Services section.
Browse for the file that you want to share, click the … symbol on the right of the file.
Tap Share to role to share with other users by using roles.
Tap in the text box under Share to label and select all roles that you want to share the file with.
Tap on the eye icon to select permission – view only or edit.
Once you have finished selecting the roles and permissions, tap Share on the top right of the dialog.
