Share your files with others

You can share files in File with other users. Files that you share with other users will be shown in their Share with Me tab in File.

Click Link on the core navigation bar and click File in @work Services section.
Browse for the file that you want to share, click the … symbol on the right of the file.
Click Share to contact to share with other users in your contact book.
1. Click in the text box under Share to label and select all contacts that you want to share the file with.
2. Click on the eye icon to select permission – view only or edit.
3. Once you have finished selecting the contacts and permissions, click Share on the top right of the dialog.
Click Share link to share the file by using a link
1. Click on expire date to select expire date for the link.
2. Toggle Can Edit toggler to choose between view only and edit.
3. Click Create link.
4. At the bottom of the dialog, a new link will be created. Click on the pencil icon and click the Copy link.
5. Send the copied link to others by any means.

4. At the bottom of the screen, a new link will be created. Tap on the pencil icon and tap the Copy link.
5. Send the copied link to others by any means.
