Start meetings from chat groups

Starting a meeting from a chat group is an easy and quick way to start a meeting. Chat group members will be grouped in one tab for you to conveniently select your meeting attendees for the meeting.

  1. In a chat group, click the … symbol at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click Meeting.
  3. Select attendees for the meeting.
  4. Choose a meeting option.
    1. Private for a meeting with users in your company @Work account.
    2. Public for a meeting that allows attendees from outside your company @Work account to join in.
  5. Choose your preferred meeting server region – North America or Asia.
  6. Click Start Meeting.
