View past meetings

Scheduled meetings and recurring meetings can be recorded by the host meeting for future reviews.

  1. Click Link on the core navigation bar and click Meeting@work in @work Services section.
  2. In the Upcoming tab, the past meeting section will be shown below the recurring meeting and scheduled meeting sections. Click on the past meeting that you want to review.
  3. In the Meeting Records section, all the recordings that the host has made will be stored here.
    1. Chat room record – this is the record of all chat messages that took place in the meeting room. Click View to check all available recordings.
    2. Screen records – these are the records of the meeting in video format. There can be more than one record as the host can start, stop and restart the recordings anytime during the meeting. Click View to check all available recordings.
  1. Tap Link on the core navigation bar and click Meeting@work in @work Services section.
